Creative Roots opened for business in the fall of 2008. We learned a lot of (expensive) lessons, and made a lot of (stupid) mistakes during those first few years. As Lindsey likes to say, “you don’t know what you don’t know”. Through everything, customer satisfaction was always the top priority, and with lot’s of blood, sweat and tears we survived. Maybe not so much blood, that would be weird.
Fortunately for us we began with a couple of amazing clients which we still do business with to this day. Like most small companies we started out doing just about any work that came along, we were hungry (literally and figuratively) and worked our butts off (only figuratively). We’re always looking for the right fit with new clients, and typically we’re looking for long-term relationships…we’re old-fashioned like that.
